CONFIDENTIALITY AND ANONYMITY FOR OUR CLIENTS
If you already work with us, you know that we place a very high value on our clients’ confidentiality and anonymity. In order for us to work together effectively, it is integral that we enter our coaching relationship with mutual trust.
At The Votta Group, we highly value our clients and the trust they place with us when they enter a coaching relationship. We want them to feel safe telling us the good, the bad, and the ugly: no holding back. We believe that productive coaching is an alliance and collaboration of effort between client and coach.
Whether it’s trade secrets, personal information, or information about others (competitors, colleagues, co-workers, significant others), all remain confidential between client and coach. In fact, we begin our relationship with a mutual non-disclosure agreement. We believe that this signed document sets the tone for creating a “safe” environment where we can make what you want to make happen.
Along with confidentiality, we protect your anonymity. Many of our clients do not want to disclose that they are in a coaching relationship with The Votta Group. Whatever their reasons are, we do not share who our coaching clients are. That is up to the clients themselves.
Some of our clients want to “shout out” that they are working with us. And that’s fine. Others want to keep us in their back pockets. Either way, we promise anonymity. We won’t be the ones giving “shout outs” about our clients unless they ask us to.
Regardless of who is paying for your leadership coaching, your confidentiality and anonymity are vital to the coaching process. We make that clear when an organization hires us to work with their executives. We make certain that whoever is paying understands that we are bound by the mutual nondisclosure agreement.
Whether you are working with one of our other coaches in The Votta Group or with me, be assured that your confidentiality and anonymity are protected and taken very seriously. Confidentiality matters.
When we work with groups or organizations, we require the same mutual non-disclosure agreements. We ask that what happens in the group stays in the group. A productive coaching process requires candor and reassurance that what is shared will remain confidential.
We provide free consultations for those considering leadership coaching with The Votta Group, and your consultation is also confidential, and you will remain anonymous.
We are thankful for all those working with us. We appreciate the trust and openness that our clients share with us. We would greatly appreciate the opportunity to work with you.
