KRISTIN RINK KETLER

Kristin Rink Ketler is a leadership coach, consultant, and author who helps people cut through the noise, claim their voice, and lead with clarity. As the founder of Votta Coaching & Consulting, she partners with executives, entrepreneurs, and organizations that care about both results and people, guiding them to pause with purpose, protect what matters, and move forward with confidence.

Her work is anchored in THE VOTTA EXERCISE™ and learning how to ADJUST YOUR VIEW®. Inspired by the Icelandic word votta (“to testify, to certify, to bear witness”), her tools offer a practical framework she created in 2018 and has since used to support clients ranging from nonprofits and start-ups to executives from Fortune 10 companies. Kristin is also the author and narrator of Controlling the Pause: Reusable Tools for Leaders in Big Transition, which equips leaders in any industry to navigate change - chosen or forced - with steadiness and impact.

Kristin is deeply committed to her community and family. She supports nonprofit and youth development initiatives, particularly in leadership and communication, and believes that strong leaders are built both in the boardroom and in the community. At home, she is grounded by her husband Jamey, two children Annabella and Dylan, and the family pets: two Rottweilers who believe they’re lapdogs and one black cat who rules the house.

Clients describe Kristin as “a breath of fresh air in an overcrowded coaching space”, someone who sees clearly, listens deeply, and helps unlock breakthroughs that ripple across both professional and personal life. Whether coaching one-on-one, leading workshops, or cheering from the sidelines at her kids’ events, Kristin’s mission is the same: to help leaders see what matters — and lead with it.
